REAL ESTATE AGENT’S FEE:

Land operators expenses are by and large debatable. The commission is ordinarily lower if there is one bequest organization included. Deposit amount at the time of contract signing – mandatory

On signing of contracts, both parties are legally bound by its clauses and it is mandatory to execute the deal. Generally, 10% of the total cost of the property as agreed upon by both parties and mentioned in contract has to be deposited by the buyer as a non-refundable deposit.

Cost of Home information pack – mandatory

Home Information Packs should cost between £300 (€240) to £600 (€480) for most properties in England and Wales. Failure to provide a Home Information Pack or supplying an incomplete pack carries a fine of £200 (€160), to be paid by the seller.
